Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@levenreise.com with your order number, the reason for the refund, and the condition of the product. We will respond within 3 business days
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent
